To keep sessions running, support coaching, and build the future of the club, WWUWH operates a tiered membership for different ages and playing needs.
Membership Tiers
Memberships expire on 31 August each year. Annual fees are pro-rated to a common renewal date.

Additional Information
- Membership1: Our membership fees are monthly ongoing (i.e. no payment holidays) to ensure we remain competitive whilst covering club costs / pools. To ease administration & accounting, please make Standing Orders to West Wickham Underwater Hockey Club.
- Additional Charges2: Competitions, tournament entry fees, additional sessions (e.g. Putney, K2), team match trunks, player equipment, etc. is payable separately by all participating players. Please make payments to our club account and include a suitable reference to explain/detail (e.g. name, date, etc.) the transaction.
- Students3: We are keen to support Students and offer a membership tier for full-time students under 25 years old (e.g. Sixth form, College and University students). Our membership is aligned to the BOA membership year (akin to the academic year) which commences on 1 September. We acknowledge that some students may not be in London/South-East during the summer months and offer (for Student members only) the option to stop payments for July and August if returning home.
- Junior4: Our Junior membership provides an entry level for young players (under 18 years) to enjoy our sport. As Junior players get older and as part of their progression, they will be encouraged to participate in adult sessions (no change to the Junior membership fee) subject to agreement with the junior team coach/manager.
- Guest Players5: We welcome Guest players, of all abilities providing they are BOA members and/or supported under the BOA 'Have a Go' scheme. However, Membership players will always get priority for booking any club sessions. Guests (both experienced and new) can apply to join sessions (via our Spond booking app). Acceptance by the Membership Secretary and/or Captain is subject to space & relevant experience for sessions.
- Club Transition6: Existing BOA members wanting to join West Wickham UWH can join our Membership scheme, then transition their BOA membership to West Wickham at the start of the next BOA year, commencing 1 September.
- BOA Registration7: New Players will need to register with the sporting body at www.gbuwh.co.uk. Follow the registration process and select "West Wickham - South London" as your club.
