• RSVP to events
• Make payments for sessions or memberships

We also collect information automatically when you use the Service:

• Device tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect your device token (APNs for iOS, FCM for Android) to deliver notifications
• Attendance records: We automatically record attendance based on your RSVPs after events conclude
• Usage data: We track event participation and session attendance to calculate awards and badges

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send you push notifications about event invitations and badge unlocks
• Track attendance for club sessions
• Calculate and award badges based on your participation (attendance streaks, milestones, seasonal activity, and anniversaries)
• Manage your membership and subscription
• Assign you to teams for events
• Respond to your comments and questions

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With other club members: Your name, profile photo, attendance status, and team assignments may be visible to other members for event coordination
• Team sheets: Your name and position may appear on shared team sheets for event organisation
• Payment processors: We use Stripe to process payments securely. Stripe receives your payment details but we do not store card information
• Authentication provider: We use Supabase for account authentication and identity management
• Hosting and infrastructure: We use Cloudflare to host and operate our Service, including database storage (Cloudflare D1)

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we collect your device token to send you notifications about:

• Event invitations
• Badge and award unlocks

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications will not affect other functionality of the Service.

Awards and Badges

Our Service includes an automated awards system that monitors your participation to grant badges. This involves:

• Tracking your event RSVPs and attendance history
• Calculating streaks, milestones, and seasonal participation
• Recording anniversary dates based on your first session

Badge data is processed automatically and stored alongside your account. You can view your awards in the app.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• JWT-based authentication for API access
• Secure storage of your data on Cloudflare's infrastructure
• Role-based access controls for administrative functions

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app's profile settings or by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request export of your data
• Request deletion of your account and data (available in the app under Privacy & Legal)
• Opt out of push notifications

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
