The route to your first session
Contact, kit, then get in the water.
Underwater hockey is perfect for swimmers, freedivers, finswimmers and anyone who loves being in the water. We plan sessions around numbers and ability (drills, match play, team practice), so please message us before you book or turn up so we can slot you in safely and make your first session great.
Get the right kit
Mask, snorkel and fins are the basics. If you're new, we can often help with club kit for your first few sessions.
Register + turn up
Once we've confirmed the best session for you, register attendance on Spond so we can plan numbers and keep sessions running smoothly. On the night we'll introduce you, pair you with someone, and ease you into drills or game time based on experience.
Safety and welcome come first.
